Onsite employee car detail service. The team provided professional, friendly service, very easy to schedule, and pay online before or after the service is complete. Timely email communications/notifications (i.e., when the technician has arrived to begin service, when the service is complete, a link to pay online if preferred, can also pay in-person) made the process very easy as well. My car is cleaner than every before! Thank you so much for providing such a convenient service/great experience! I appreciate it!!

The tech did a nice job. He was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. The pre-service--live chat about spot removal, texts with time window updates, was all very good. A couple of suggestions--the website and the choices of packages is not clear. There are so many options that it is hard to discern what to choose. I just saw that there is a package that is more comprehensive than the Platinum package that I chose. I would have chosen the Titanium if I had seen that it was available. Maybe have an option for customers to answer a questonniare about what they want/need done that will narrow down the choices? Also let folks know that, although they will have a 3 hour window, that they will get text/email updates starting an hour before the tech's arrival that will narrow down the window. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a text at the beginning of my window telling me that the tech would arrive in an hour.

The 2 boys did do an excellent job, even though they came at 6;30pm instead of 12 -2pm. I don't know if it was their fault. They did not speak english. thank you.

Wow! Inside and out, the car looks and smells brand new. I am grateful to have the tree sap is gone! Recommend to others.
