I would have rated it a 5 but when the technician left, I noticed when ai turned the car on that the airbag light was on. I just had my car serviced earlier in the week and had no issues so I think the technician did something during his servicing. I’ve placed a call to you to have this resolved.

The condition of the car was good. It was better than before definitely, however I am unhappy with the completeness of the job. The center console was not completely cleaned. The back cargo area was not cleaned well. The edges and corners of inner compartments were still dirty/dusty/crumbs. I feel the attention to “detail” was not very good.
