The car looks significantly cleaner now. The dust, crumbs, and debris have been thoroughly removed from the seats, floor mats, and crevices. The upholstery stains have also been successfully cleaned. Additionally, the dashboard and console were properly wiped down. I highly recommend this service and look forward to scheduling another wash in April or May for both my brother's and daughter's cars. I would like to use the same detailer if possible, as I really appreciate his work.

The employee was professional and did a very good job. The chemicals were a bit strong and perfumy but better than vomit smell! The car didn't start the next day, probably due to inspection at end of procedure when the inside lights were turned on manually so we could see. It was dark by then. I forgot to turn them off, I guess. We did not do a pre-inspection. I didnt know and he didn't remind, but I dont think that was his job.. My only problem with entire procedure was not being informed, until he had already started, with a text. I'd suggest being sure to inform before the employee gets to customer. Thank you for your promptness and good service otherwise. We needed that done asap!
