“The first day I was really frustrated because the original technician kept calling in delays until I finally had to call and reschedule . Customer service was awesome and helped me reschedule, gave me a discount and sent me a new technician today and he was amazing and did a great job and even asked to meet the offending party (my dog) that left the drool on my ceiling . I will definitely be using him again !”
