“The detail work was exceptional. The pro who cleaned my truck did an incredible job and I would highly recommend this service. The missing star is due to their missing the original appointment. The communications with their dispatcher was a little awkward. It was hopefully a fluke. In their defense they were very easy to work with to reschedule. ”

“The employee was professional and did a very good job. The chemicals were a bit strong and perfumy but better than vomit smell! The car didn't start the next day, probably due to inspection at end of procedure when the inside lights were turned on manually so we could see. It was dark by then. I forgot to turn them off, I guess. We did not do a pre-inspection. I didnt know and he didn't remind, but I dont think that was his job.. My only problem with entire procedure was not being informed, until he had already started, with a text. I'd suggest being sure to inform before the employee gets to customer. Thank you for your promptness and good service otherwise. We needed that done asap!”
