“We would’ve given a five except that the communication about the late arrival was not very prompt. We were told arrival was at 11:45 AM and he did not get here until 4:10 PM. We would’ve appreciated knowing about the delay sooner. We were not notified of the delay until 1:45 PM after I had emailed for an update several times.”
