Great job. The interior looks decent now compared to what it use to be . I just really wanted the cat spray out of my car and for it to look desent. I would suggest when sending out an text reminder. You should also remind clients to remove big items or instructions to prep the car for the service technician. I didn't know my service imcluded the trunk. i had items in my car which i believe prevented them from doing the trunk of my car. The service rep could of told me or ask me to remove stuff if i wanted it done.

Out on the open areas that needed to be pointed out- very simple like clean the glitter from the glove box, remove the rubber inserts and wipe down compartments in the door handles say his work wasnt exactly systematic- I shouldn't have to point that out. Train your technician about the vehicle how to fold down seats and shift them forward. Biggest one: leather conditioner: drivers seat is incredibly shiny, passengers is dull and a bit dingy- maybe he even forgot it! And the leather had spray marks on it as well indicating that the technique is improper- I will go back over it myself. After asking the tech to do and redo several skills I took this as a hit, trying to manage 2 small children while I go over his work. But he was very nice and amicable about going back in and fixing the issues.
