“The technician was great a very personable. however the problem I contacted you over is still there. There are some area he did not wipe down around the open door area which is still affected. also I can still feel thing blowing down on my feet. My son has made an appointment for Wed. morning for the same problem. I am going to recommend he cancel the job. The problem has been cut if half not gone.”

“The crew was very capable and friendly. They left several spots uncleaned around the drivers side and passenger side interior (middle console and arm rest panels on doors). They also jab to spend a considerable amount of extra time re-wiping the windows which I kept pointing out were very streaky. Finally, I asked if they wanted to use my Windex and that did the trick. The leader asked for newspaper for the windows but I didn't have any. Anyway, overall happy with the work, especially the tires and rims.”
