Richard was awesome! He was professional, arrived on time, and inquired about any concerns I had prior to the start of the Job. Afterwards, he had me review his work and didn’t hesitate to go over any spots that needed redone. All in all, for a first time detailing experience, I’m a happy customer!

Tech showed up on time and did a good job.

Gavin did a great job and showed up on time. The only reason for not giving a 5 rating is he wasn't made aware that I specified in the order that there was no access to water nearby or a hose. He resolved the issue by going to the nearest store and buying a hose long enough to reach but that caused him to start the detailing later, thus end later than he would have. I would book this service again except next time I will emphasize the lack of easy access to water.
