“I regret not being able to tip the cleaner, but with the unexpected 100 charge for the cleaning (justified charge) I just didn't have the extra cash to do so. For this I apologize to the tech that worked hard. In the future I will schedule a cleaning for my wife's car (no mold I promise) and will be extra generous.”
