Jevaun did a great job and was very professional. Very nice young man. I gave him 5 stars, but your call center has issues.

The person was very nice and quick. I know I was over charged based on the truck being brand new 1 week old and there was no prep work to be completed to the vehicle. Took the Detailer about 40 min and that was going over areas twice. I know it's hard to judge on a chat session but I did explain several times. Other than that it was a good experience.

The guys did a pretty good job with the flat walls. I am disappointed they did not touch the roof at all, which also means my rain gutters didn’t get cleaned and the moment it starts raining the rig will be filthy again.... the side walls of the slide outs also weren’t done, which left me to scrub them after they had left. For $500 I would have expected a lot more... won’t be using this service again.
