Very professional. Could not imagine how quick they arrived.

My scheduled time was between 8am & 11am. I received an email and text at 9:27 saying the technician had arrived, yet no one was in sight. At 9:53 the technician pulled in front of the driveway next door and stayed there for 10 minutes before I finally called to him. He spoke extremely limited english and had to speak with the supervisor on speakerphone to establish what was to be done. However, the technician worked very hard in the sun and did an excellent job.

The two gentlemen that cleaned the car were great. The seats and floors were cleaned of all previous spilt juice/candy which was important to me. However, for a $200+ car detailing I was disappointed that details were missed; the cup holders in the back of the car were still dirty, the windshield still had GPS ring marks on it, the back doors and center console needed a wipe, and the book holders on the back of the front seats still had items to be vacuumed up in them.
