“The guys were nice and friendly, but when I asked for a business card or some kind of identification. Paul did not have any to offer which wasn't cool or professional. I also requested a receipt for services and payment, but that seemed odd to him also. There were no instructions on tipping, if its included or not, as I try not to assume anything. I marked that I did not have a power outlet out front, but he said "he must have missed that." I'm not unhappy with the job done, but even TO try to reccomend to friends, I don't have a business card or an invoice. My apologies for my thoughts on the security but the EVEN teach that on TV and such, which I almost turned them away gave you honest "feedback." Have a nice day.”
