I was a little frustrated as the tech didn't show up at 8:00, but once he showed up, he was such a hard worker and made sure I was happy with all that he did. Tech on time, polite and my car looks great. My grandchildren had completely trashed my car. The seats were solid with food and drinks. The tech scrubbed the seats and they seem to have removed all the stains. I have cleaned the seats myself before and never had them look this good.
