Adrian was very polite and very wet to communicate with. I made the mistake of not adding it the service notes that I have some scratches that needed buffing so he didn’t have a machine polisher but that’s ok. That was my fault. He didn’t a good job.

Adrian clearly is a professional. He reviewed the service package I had ordered and explained how he would accomplish that, including some differences. He gave extra attention to details. Overall an excellent service.

20-year-old Harley Softail looks even better than the day I brought it home from the dealer! All the chrome is super bright and shiny, and the paint is day-old fresh. Leather looks new. Very pleased with Jesse's work.
