He spent alot of time on stains and pet hair. Some of stains have been there since I bought car in 2014. Looks good, smells clean, and better than it was.

My car looks better than when it was new! I couldn't be more pleased.

The second representative that came out was very thorough and did a great job. That is a vendor you need to keep around!

There were a couple of places that the detailers left, my husband found that the carpet in the trunk had a couple of spots and underneath the carpet in trunk there was dirt that had to be vacuumed out. But the positive is that the smell that was driving me crazy did subside today and was much better.

Timing- 2 hr delay. There should’ve been another option for another tech to be sent out. Better communication between customer, company & tech. The quality was poor & rushed. The back of my driver & passenger seat have dirt & watermarks when the actual problem area was the floor board behind the driver seat & the front of the passenger seat.
