Wes did an excellent job on the car, working for about 3 hours. He was not however able to clay rub out the industrial residue caused by careless roof repair. This got on my car and has hardened into the finish. Will most likely need to be sanded off and re painted. No reflection on the effort of the technician. He did everything he could, I am convinced of that. He presents himself well, has excellent, new equipment and seems to be dedicated to his work. As a result I gave him a 5 rating. Couldn't justify giving him less because he did try.

Don was very prompt and very nice and professional. There were a few details that were overlooked or needed to be re-done with different chemicals. But in general he did a very good job, in spite of missing a few minor details that should have been addressed. None of these issues are ones that cannot be corrected, as Don is very eager to do a good job and he takes great pride in his work!
