I am a new customer and I my first appointment didn’t happen per the schedule. I was told that a service person will arrive, till the last minute and no one showed up actually. This is the reason I give a 4. But later when I contacted the representative again, the second time appointment went well. My car is now super clean and I am happy.

Overall the cleaning was very good. Just a couple details were missed like some adhesive from an old sticker inside the window ( I used goo-gone to remove it). One handle grab pocket was I cleaned, the inside of the windows was ok, but could have been better. Jesse worked hard and did a great job with the upholstery, and polished up the outside of the car very nicely.
