I was not happy with my detail service. I got the platinum and I didn't get things done that I felt should have been include. I would have been happy to buy the titanium, but felt it wasn't what I needed. Quality control should have seen the boat type and size . They should have discussed in more detail my needs. Boats are not cars and should have a different approach.
