“* I was surprised that the cleaning took 2 hours, instead of the estimated 3 hours. * Then I looked closer and saw the outside was not sufficiently cleaned. For example, the license plates were covered with bugs and there are still dead leaves in the windshield. Door jams were visibly dirty. * The inside was not much better. The seats were not vacuumed free of grit and dirt. When I pointed out the remaining grit on the bag seat, the technicians said it is hard to get out and just shrugged. * When I got in the car, a sticky residue was on the inner and outer windows, and had somehow gotten on the inside gear shift and steering wheel. This was not there before, since I had a steering wheel cover. * The plastic parts of the car had a white residue left behind. * There was a large dirty partial footprint on the side of the backseat door and handprint on the front door. * I took an hour myself attempting to finish the job that was not done well., on areas that should have been cleaned”

“My price was supposed to be $119 which included exterior and interior and $30 up charge for pet hair, but they charged me $150 and said the exterior was not included. Other than that, there was some water left in the middle utility box and a part on the side of the driver seat console was missed. Over all, good job but I would like my $30 refunded!!”
