“The crew was very friendly and pleasant to get along with. Interior glass is very streaked, trash remaining, detailed vacuuming poor, floor mats wet and as a result, carpet damp which results in mold! the "cleansing solution" wiped all over the interior leaves a grunge and is streaky. I had to ask them not to dump trash from the car to the ground - I am strongly opposed to litterbugs. ”

“The reason I gave my service a 2 is because after taking a much better look of the overall job I noticed all the areas missed inside the vehicle when the protectant (Armor All) spray was being applied.. There were several areas that the protectant was sprayed but was never wiped evenly throughout the entire inside area. I even had to wipe the excess protectant off the instrument panel because there was an excessive amount making it blurry to see my gauges such as the speedometer. Another area that I was not satisfied with was the back bumper area around the license area. There was still debris on the bumper below the plate and I even found a leaf above the license plate. I do have to say that the carpet looks wonderful. The tech persons really did a great job getting al the dog hair sucked up. Overall, I was not very satisfied with the completed job, especially since I gave a 15% tip. ”
