“Little cubbies were not cleaned very well and it was kind of streaky inside where it was wiped. Just expected for a car detailing that it would be spotless. Maybe I expected too much , but I felt what was done I could have done myself. The technician was very polite and courteous but work was just ok.”

“After sending an extremely careless and unscrupulous "detailing impersonator" to work on my daughter's car, I explained to you that instead of shampooing and washing the interior and exterior of her Rav4, he merely vacuumed the interior and superficially washed the exterior. You offered a "redue" at no additional charge and I had hopes the job would be done properly. To my consternation and disbelief, you sent the same incompetent person to rectify the failing performance from the initial appointment. Although he showed up yesterday and did a somewhat better job than the first time, he had someone else in his vehicle said to my daughter, "I am sorry, I could do a better job, but I have to take my friend somewhere and I am in a hurry". Although her vehicle is somewhat satisfactory now it is no better than we could have had for $50-65.00 at the car wash. NEVER AGAIN will I hire you to detail another of our cars and we have four!!! This was an absolute waste of $145.00, ($210-$65=$145)”
