“Technician was early, about 30 minutes, which is okay, but expressed being upset about scheduled to work because of rain. We needed detail for possible trade in so interior was priority. Many areas not 'detailed', then rec'd call asking us to drive to bank to get cash to pay for services. Phone mgr said tech would wait until service completed, but tech advised "they" wanted money asap so we had to drive his vehicle into town to go get cash to pay for service. I know they can't help if cc machines go down, but just an overall disappointing service for the money. And couldn't tell that there was a wax job done on the outside. Was much cleaner, but we aren't smokers and no pet hair - just wasn't a 'wow' job for the money.
Also, advised in advance no garage for the service and the tech seemed upset about that.”

“Vacuumed car well, wiped off dash & cleaned some on the middle consul. Mirrors were not wiped down well. Fronts of sears we’re not touched. So disappointed for the money spent.”
