“It was a very good clean where it was done, but my third row of seats that collapse were not cleaned on the front, or underneath them. Just the back carpeted area that acts as the floor of the trunk.”

“There is a TERRIBLE smell in my car now - like moth balls. It's awful. This is a 9-month old car, that still had some new car smell left, and now it stinks. Also, some smudges on windshield and side mirror.
Overall not happy, and will not use this service again (or recommend). Let me know if you have any idea how to get the smell out of my car - I didn't ask for this.”

“My car looks fantastic! Thank you!
I was hoping the dash and vinyl/ plastic parts of the car would be shiny (as if a product like Armoral was applied) but it is clean, and dust and crumbs are gone. The shampooing on the seats makes them look way better, but still discolored and stained in areas. Also I expected my car to smell fresh and clean from products but I didn’t notice a difference.
What I do know is the technician worked very hard and was very nice ”
