“We had the car detailed on Thursday and it was soaking wet when the technician left. It was hot that day and we did not open the car until Saturday morning. When we opened the car it was still soaking wet and smelled like mildew. The technician came back this morning to fix it. He did not seem to know how to fix it so he just cleaned it again. When he finished I felt the car and it was wet. He agreed and said that he could not dry it any more. He did not know how to prevent the car from smelling like mildew. ”
