“Technician (Age?Arch?) was totally unprofessional (called me sweet heart?!?!?), and was very umproper on the phone. The detail was very poor and unsatisfying (he did first polish the leather seat and THEN VACCUM IT???!!!...car is stick and doenst look.clean at all! Very, very bad first experience! Jennifer on costumer service was very good, tough...something was good!”
