“The retailer shows up and says he isn't sure he can remove the dog drool. I lick my thumb and it goes away, he says well I didn't check it yet...he complained of the heat (it was hot). I let them do the work in my garage. When completed they had me check it. They didnt touch the headliner, he says its ripped, I swipe hay off and its fixed (no rip), he then cleans a small portion of headliner and asks if that's ok. Missed vacuuming under seats so they did vacuum that when I pointed out that. They didn't clean license plates (bugs I removed with fingernail), door Jambs (still had black marks around door Jamb (came off with water and a rag), I ended up cleaning the rest by myself. They took 89 off price rather than stay and finish due to heat hence why I gave 3 stars and not lower. For 389 I expect my car to look brand new inside and out. I have more attention to detail than the retailer...who from the get go wasn't sure he could get dog drool off. Engine wasnt cleaned”

“I've had the interior shampooed before and it's usually left a little damp. I can tell it was not shampooed at all and the dashboard wasn't left shiny and new. It seemed pretty dull and looked almost untouched. ”
