“The detailer showed up and right off the bat his awning broke, so shade was at a minimum. Had to move car to acquire shade. Then he ran out of time and shade so the drivers side, and various parts of car did not get proper attention. He had a couple other problems and spent quite a bit of time. He said he would be back on Tuesday, but haven't heard anything and it's Wednesday late afternoon 1 week later. I feel I didn't receive the service I paid for. ”

“They were in constant contact on their eta by phone, email and text. They showed up when they said they would, and took an SUV that has been carrying two kids for 2 years without, literally, having ever been cleaned inside. They cleaned EVERY SINGLE nook and cranny, and even got a seat soaked in my 2 year olds pee for over a week COMPLETELY clean. Exceeded expectations for the price. Oh - and the fact that I didnt have to go sit in a dumpy waiting room, they came right to my home and I could continue working the whole time was AWESOME. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. ”
