“It is very unfortunate. The gentleman is a very nice young man... however, the quality of execution is not at all acceptable or worth the price of $429.00 for a Toyota Highlander... After pointing out considerable oversights.... he agreed and made some corrections, but it is still not worth the price or the amount of time dedicated. I will be sending it to another company to re-do/complete the job that is a gift to my sister. On the second vehicle (mine... Mercedes S63) I had done that was very clean... it needed basically a light wipe down, there is now a film that is tacky on many surfaces... basically the car now needs a complete redo... I asked that no shiny 'Armorall' type of product be used and it was. I also own my own company and appreciate that this is not how an owner wants their services to be provided. I would not recommend or use this company again.”

“I was called by the technician prior to his arrival that since it rained just minutes before he called, that I could reschedule if I wanted because of the rain. I told the tech that it was okay to come to detail my car. While he was detailing my car it rained again slightly. After 3 hours of detailing my car, he told me it was complete. I went to check my car and it “looked” clean to me. I paid the bill and the tech left. After a closer look at his detailing work, I was not happy at all. The inside was very clean, and the outside was free of the former debris on its surface, but no wax was applied as stated in the initial promotional flyer I read prior to the detailing. I know I paid the required amount at the P.O.S., but I should have (1), been told that wax was not applied and (2), should have not been charged for the waxing not being done. I know this review is long, but I will not recommend this particular service to anyone.”
