“ I thought I would email first, then do some reviews. I am so upset and was not going to even bother with contacting you because I do not have time for all of this since my illness and just getting back to work. First of all, I kept getting bumped back on my reservation. They were going to be there at 1, then 130, then 2, then 3 (something like this) and finally the man arrived. He got done in the dark and My car was left soaking wet inside. With it being now dark, my car never dried. I left it for days with the windows down and it still did not dry. My truck had water at the bottom under the rug. My car smelled like mildew. This was my first and worst experience with using a detail company. Then the price I paid, what a travesty. That was so frustrating. OH, by the way, the black that was on my wheels is now rusty color and can be seen under my hub- caps. I would say the chemical they used to clean that area took the black paint off. Now it's noticeably Ugly. Unbelievable. It's crazy what you don't see when trying to examine your car in the dark. Also, wasn't my under hood supposed to be cleaned, if so, it wasn't. I really expected way more for this price and for my car to be mostly dry inside at least. I did not get to take photos because of my injury. I just wanted you to know this was not at all good customer service and I hope to have a resolution for this assuming you care about your customers satisfaction. I apologize for being harsh, but this has been eating at me since it happened and I had to take time to let you know my experience.”
