“The crew was on time. There was a couple of cubby cabinets that was missed. The bathroom was not fully clean and my main reason for the detailing services was for a odor which was and still there. The young lady that was part of the crew didn't do much and was half wiping down. Other then that okay job was done. ”

“The boat had heavy oxidation on the outside and the detailer did a great job on that part. On the inside the carpet was still dirty, some areas never were swept, nothing in the carpet was shampooed. He never lifts a seat to clean the edges around the seat. Non of the carpartments were cleaned at all. The windows still had overspray from the wax on them. He never even cleaned the cross bar, it still had bugs on hit from hauling. Under seats were still peieces of food. Seats still had dirt on them and we can see in areas that he never even attempted to clean them. I was there when he finished the exterior and he was done with the interior in less than 35 min. That is impossible to sweep, steam clean, shampoo, was windows, get all the cup holders, clean and treat the leather. Not satisfied. ”
