“Probably the worst detail I’ve ever gotten. Everything was done half way. Didn’t have the proper equipment for anything at all. Washed the exterior and still had dirt/mud marks on top of wheels and fenders. Water marks on every window and streaks as if using a dirty towel. Took a total of 1 hour 30 minutes for full interior and exterior shampoo. Interior was left extremely wet and with dirt marks everywhere. I spent over an hour detailing my own truck at the end. I used a clean towel myself to go over all shampoo areas and ended up coming clean. Should have done it myself since the beginning that’s how I feel. “Technician” was rushing because they had another appointment soon. Also had to let them use a power tool of my own so they can complete the job. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend at all for the price I paid. ”
