“The detailer buffed the hood of the car down to the metal in one area snd I have attempted 3 times to contact your Company to help me resolve this issues with no response. Would expect some assistance in this matter since on your website you state you will offer a remedy if not satisfied. I need help with this car detail that went wrong and not satisfied unless you assist with a remedy as stated on your web site. ”
