“Half of the windows weren’t cleaned, the other half were smeared with a dirty rag, the windows weren’t even rolled down. There was standing water on the floorboards, I spent 2+ hours with my shop vac removing the excess. Water drips all along the outside, not a chance it was waxed. The dog hair I paid an extra 30 bucks to remove was still embedded in the seats. I spent $270 for a DETAILED CLEANING and got a carwash that would have cost $40 at Waterway. The only word I can use to describe my experience is pathetic. ”

“There were some stains that were too set in to clean. Also, there is a spot on the passenger visor that didn’t get cleaned. Overall, they did a beautiful job and the truck smells wonderful!”
