“Unfortunately the car really wasn't cleaned that great there are a lot of streaks on the window there is some sort of residue, I believe it's from the greasy stuff he put on the leather . When he said he was all done I went to check out my car and noticed that the backseats had not been folded up and vacuumed underneath I had to remind him to do that there was a black spot left on the back of my leather seats everything was really sticky and just greasy when I got into the car. I've never really had a card look this greasy when I got into it so I'm not sure what sort of product was used”

“The car detailer, Ryan was an hour late, he did not clean some of the compartments. The leather chairs were not cleaned properly, debris in cracks were not removed. There was still human hair in some areas.
Ryan did a good job cleaning: two carpet stains, stain on one seatbelt, and some stains on headline were removed nicely.
I will not be using this service again.

“The service provider did an excellent job. I was disappointed that your customer service representative didn't offer any compensation when I told them the provider was arriving at 10:15am for a scheduled service window of 8am - 10am. Due to this, I probably won't use your service or recommend it to anyone in the future.”
