2. Console still had obvious dirt in it
3. I could do spit/wipe on several Surfaces that weren't cleaned
4. They tried to charge me $139 instead of agreed to $129.

“detail did not meet expectations. I hired a professional to get the detailed areas that I could not get on my own. Once the technician left I began to notice areas that didnt get cleaned. I purchased the platinum package and it doesn't appear that I got what I paid for. ”
