“After reading so many positive reviews for this company/service, I was really looking forward to a fabulous detail job on my 2015 Kia Sportage. I AM EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/SERVICE TO ANYONE ELSE. My technician (David) arrived almost 90 minutes later than expected and seemed to be in a huge hurry to get my service completed. He was finished with interior and exterior within 90 minutes. The service I paid for should have taken 2-3 hours as per the advertised offering. The only positive thing I can say is that my tires and rims are very clean and shiny--but that's it. The interior carpet and cloth seats should have been shampoo'd/steam cleaned and this definitely did NOT happen, did not see any cleaning machine or dampness to indicate this had been done. The advertising said no armour-all, well all I got was armour-all and it's splotched all over the interior moulding and dashboard. It looks like a grease explosion. No "high quality hand wax" performed. I paid $285 for the platinum service plus $30 cash tip (for the techs time) and this was a complete waste of money. A partial refund would be expected from a reputable company, but I am not holding my breath.”

“My appointment was cancelled 4 times before you could find a representative to complete the services. It took 3 days to find someone to do the job. ”

“Technician was extremely late which was an inconvenience. Original appointment time was btw 8-11a and then it pushed out multiple times day of which required someone to be around longer than planned and plans were cancelled as a result. Displeased from the onset before the services were even rendered. 5% discount was given but feel it should have been more and service manager handling the scheduling should have been more apologetic for the inconveniences in delays. ”
