“I had to keep reminding the tech that the headliner was supposed to be cleaned. He did not vacuum between the front seats. My rear view mirror was not cleaned at all. Several spots on my floor were not cleaned out completely. I managed to scrub them out by myself. Honestly, I could have done better myself, I'm just not able to deep clean a car, due to having rheumatoid arthritis. My side view mirrors were also not cleaned, and the plastic around the doors, on the inside were not touched. For the amount, I am very displeased. ”
