It was the little things that knocked a star off.
1. Didn't vacuum under the pop-up seats
2. Trunk area (Honda CR-V) appears hastily cleaned. The plastic trunk liner was obviously laid on the ground before being replaced in the trunk and before the carpet was dry, and there were obvious soapy spots. I expected that he would have recommended to keep the plastic liner out until the carpet dried. Especially here in WA, mold and mildew grows very easily. And speaking of WA, it was raining by the time he was finished. If it had been me, I would have offered to let me put the car in the garage and wiped it down for the full sparkly car experience, but I know he had to get to his next job. In any case, I will use again!”
