“Technician arrived with one additional staff with limited supplies. They did not have a water truck, water basin or powerful enough pressure washer. The pressure washer they brought was battery powered. The work performed on the tent tops is less than acceptable, and they did not even start on the sides. They only cleaned one side of the tops, and did not clean them very well. Our team was running out of time for setup and had to start putting up sides. Technician claims the job was finished and he did extra tents which is not true. ”
