“My detailer arrived 90 minutes outside the arrival window which was mitigated a little by his calling and letting me know he was running late. This prevented me from being there to oversee his work and point out areas of concern however my wife was able to point out door jams that needed attention before he left and all was good. That said he was hard working and very pleasant to talk with. I am very pleased with the high quality of work. Would have been 5 stars except for minor issues I listed. My 10 year old well maintained car looks even better now so money well spent.”

“The puke was removed from car, but the odor is still the same...he said he ran out of the stuff he normally uses to remove odor. Underneath both seat there are plastic caps to the end of the tracks that are now missing (3 of them) those need to be returned immediately. I also received complaints from my neighbors about the guy yelling profanities the entire time he was cleaning my car. I tried calling to correct the issue, but they said I need to respond this way or send an email. Here is my response. I expect this to be corrected soon.
