“Good communication. You knew what time they were coming and they made sure to keep me in the loop on expected delays in arrival. They got here and got after it. They were polite and very thorough. I messed up communicating my needs for the bed of the truck and so they thought they didn’t need to clean it. It was my fault.I didn’t need the topper cleaned and thought they’d do the bed of the truck. Be sure to state clearly any expectations. I will be using this service again! “Even though the men where very nice I feel like the job they did was not a $240 good job. I clean my car all the time myself and do a better job. I’m a smoker so ashes is a very normal thing in my car. When they got done ashes was still present in my car. The vacuum and carpet cleaning , was a very poor job! I still have trash on the side of my seats and around the edges of the carpet , very poor job! Headline was not touched, Same spots are still there. And I know it was suppose to be spot cleaned, but they didn’t do that! The exterior!! OMG! All they did was wipe my car off and put some cheap wax on it, Spayed some tire shine on the wheels and that’s it! The door jams or still dirty a lot of dirt was left behind. I still have dead bugs all the way around my car everywhere you look. This was the worst car detail ever! I don’t think they even used any soap or water. The ground wasn’t very wet at all. For a whole car detail, there wasn’t any water on the ground. Under the hood, OMG!!!!! They wipe the engine off with a wet rag put some shiny stuff on it and thought they did something great!! All the leaflets and residue was still there!!!! I’m a 57 year old woman and I do a better job cleaning my own car then your 2 men that do this every day for a living. For $240 dollars I really expected a better job. These people are just out here take people money. This was the most disappointing $240 dollars I have ever spent. Your people need to know how to and what to, when it comes to car cleaning detail. And they need the right tools it take to do the job right!! I’m willing to bet $240 dollars!!! they did not have the tools they needed for the job that’s why I still got trash and residue in the cracks and crevices of my car!!!! That YES I can see when I just open the car door and look!! Or even raise the hood of the car and just look!! Or just get in the car and look up! Will I use this company again? No way!! This was a huge mistake!!! I am so upset about the money I spent at your company, and I got nothing I paid for. ”

“The tech did not vacuum out the trunk of the car or clean around the opening of the trunk. He also did not remove markings left on the windshield by the police when they recovered my car. I had to scrape those off myself. He also did not re-secure the floor mats to the floor after washing. ”
