“Unfortunately, I had experienced a lot of miscommunication. My daughters car got rain inside, so ya’ll said you could have someone clean the car the next day on 11/9. Well- you called me the next day and said their was a mistake- that you mistakenly booked us on 11/14. So then the earliest you could rebook was on Tuesday- 2 days later.
Then I had requested the car to be clean in the interior snd exterior- but the guy who came out didn’t have the product to wash the car.
We were happy with the job that was finally done on the interior. I think I was charged too much as someone Otto, was suppose to call me back to talk about the job and adjust it as needed.
Not a happy customer-”
