“Timing- 2 hr delay. There should’ve been another option for another tech to be sent out. Better communication between customer, company & tech. The quality was poor & rushed. The back of my driver & passenger seat have dirt & watermarks when the actual problem area was the floor board behind the driver seat & the front of the passenger seat. ”

“Mats should have been left out of car until carpets dried as I suggested. There was condensation under the rubber mats when I pulled the back one out to pull up seats. Checked the rest and the drivers seat mat was the same.”
