“Your worker was arguing with me about what I paid for I found that to be very unprofessional and he was not very business oriented when I ask about what type of chemical are you using for bacteria or germs to clean my daughter car. With the virus going on out here we brought the car used this was her first car she and I both have and comprised immune system and we wanted the car to be cleaned very professional and I felt like we did not get that nor get what my money paid for I. Will like to be reimbursed or have someone new come out to fix the problem and concerns that we have And clean her car the proper way. When scheduling this appt I was told you can get the dog hair out of the car and the odor that was not done. We also was told that you will disinfectant sanitiz the car to remove bacteri germs or virus that may be in the car that was not done the odor was still in the car once we start driving it. I had to clean the car myself and put down some disinfectant to try to cover up ”
