“My windows have smear marks all over them. I had to ask the guy to wipe the water marks off the car after he said he was completed. The outside and the windows don't look good at all. Then he told me I had to tip him in cash rather than with my card so he would not be charged. I am so disappointed at how much I paid to have ti take my car to a car wash tomorrow to get the windows cleaned. I had to ask him to wile down the step rail/runner board because it didn't look he even wiled it at all when he told me the car was done!! There was stuff left on the truck as well and the outside doesn't look like it was detailed. I wont be using this service again. Between the cost to detail and the tip I had to venmo him I can't believe I wasted that much money for suck a mediocre job. ”

“Cupholder still have stuff in them. Many things I was told what could not be removed even though I could do it on my own. It was basically a glorified interior wipe down. I am very disappointed and I just spent $320 on this.”
