“The experience with the Technician wasn’t at all what I am accustomed to with you folks. It was oddly uncomfortable, not the same professionalism routine, at the end the payment discussion was uncomfortable and not routine. I didn’t feel/see the same level of meticulous detail with the actual car cleaning itself. I’m happy to speak to someone by phone to be more specific. I’d rather not be specific in this review. Thank you.”
