“The detailer did a pretty good job as far as cleaning the vehicle. But he kept telling me that he wanted a good tip. I believe in tipping when the service is good, but I don't need to be reminded that I have to tip someone for their service. I found this to be annoying and quite honestly very unprofessional.”

“Duane was AWESOME!
Just the right amount of friendly, mixed with some incredibly focused effort on the areas of concern.
I would use cardetailing.com over and over as long as all their techs are as dedicated as Duane.

“T the back seat was overlooked because it was folded down. I had to open it and show him that it wasn't done. It looked a lot better over all but not good. I expected more for paying over $250 for detailing. Also he skipped the hub caps completely and I missed it when I went to pay him. I had another car to be done but I'm going with someone else.”
