“He didnt open the hood to show me what he did. So I dont know if he cleaned it or not. I had to point out the incomplete work on the steering wheel and the crevise of the back seat. He also left wax on the exterior of the car that I had to point out. He didnt clean the headlights that had dead bugs on it. He clearly was a new person. This was my first time with you guys and the conveinece of it was very attractive but you shd have sent a seasoned person to do the job. I dont think ill be using you again regrettably.”
