“I was happy with the work performed by Brian until I went out this morning and noticed old tree sap residue on the hood, hood is dull and appears it was waxed. The trunk/back door jams were not cleaned, dirt, dust were still there. I accepted the service performed but it was dark outside. He did a great job on the interior. Maybe it had gotten too dark for him to see the details I am complaining about. How can we resolve this problem? Respectfully,
